About Cornerstone Freight Exchange: Cornerstone Freight Exchange is building a modern transportation ecosystem designed for the men and women who move this country. - We are not focused on becoming just another load board. - Our mission is centered around operational trust, participation, freight movement, contribution, and long-term industry relationships. - Cornerstone Freight Exchange combines freight movement, contribution rewards, badge progression, operational reputation, and ecosystem participation into one growing transportation network. - We are currently seeking founding-level Ecosystem Network Development Partners to help expand both broker and carrier participation across the platform. Role Description: - This is not a traditional recruiting role. - This opportunity is designed for transportation professionals who already have relationships within the logistics industry and understand how freight movement depends on both brokers and carriers operating together. - The ideal candidate understands how to help build liquidity inside a freight ecosystem by bringing operational participation onto the platform from multiple sides of the industry. - This role focuses on helping introduce, onboard, and grow both broker and carrier activity inside Cornerstone Freight Exchange. Primary Responsibilities: - Build relationships with brokers, dispatchers, carriers, owner-operators, and fleet owners. - Help onboard active transportation professionals into the ecosystem. - Encourage real freight movement and operational participation. - Assist in strengthening platform liquidity and network activity. - Help grow long-term transportation relationships across the platform. - Provide industry insight and feedback to support ecosystem growth. Qualifications: - Existing transportation industry relationships preferred. - Understanding of freight movement and logistics operations. - Strong communication and networking skills. - Self-motivated and capable of independent outreach. - Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term growth vision. - Passion for helping build a modern freight ecosystem. - Belief that professionalism, participation, and operational integrity should matter inside transportation.
