I'm the CEO of Gables & Grove — a painting and restoration company in South Florida. I'm also the CEO of TIKRR, an AI platform built for contractors. I run an AI company. I've got a lot going on and I need someone who doesn't just keep up — they're already there when I arrive. That person is you. Maybe. What you're actually doing: Living in my inbox — triaging, drafting, sending on my behalf Managing my phone and texts — yes, real access, real trust Keeping my calendar and tasks tight so nothing slips Handling whatever comes up — graphic stuff, band stuff, company stuff Being the grease in the machine You are not doing sales. You are not doing production. That's the team's job. You're working with me and only me. You'll talk to Marcela — she's incredible and will help you get grounded — but your job is to make my life move smoother, faster, and cleaner. This starts at 20 hours a week. But if you're a real one and you can produce? I've got a universe of stuff across multiple companies that needs to happen. This grows with you. You need to be: Sharp. Curious. Self-directed. Trustworthy — like, actually trustworthy, because I'm giving you real access to real things. A great communicator. High personality. Low drama. You need to know: Google Workspace. Slack. Canva. A CRM (we use Pipedrive). AI tools — we use Claude, GPT, Manus, Higgsfield, Midjourney, 11 Labs. If you don't know all of them, you need to be the type of person who figures it out by Tuesday. We've got people in India, the Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, and the US. It's a real operation and it's genuinely fun. What this isn't: A slow job. A hand-holding job. A "wait for instructions" job.
