We’re looking for a senior UX designer to lead the design strategy and execute the full visual + interaction design across web and mobile.The unified experience needs to handle role-based access control (RBAC) — participants, employers, brokers, internal CSRs — through a navigation model that flexes by role without feeling fragmented.
