Reporting to the Director of Member Marketing, this role will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of enrollment campaigns that drive member engagement and program adoption. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver data-driven, scalable marketing communications that support client goals, improve conversion outcomes, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical marketer with experience managing complex campaigns in a fast-paced, startup environment.Responsibilities Include:Support the member enrollment (recruitment) marketing strategy and execution for Cylinder’s clients, including client-specific communications planning, campaign management, and performance trackingManage the recruitment communications calendar and report out on key campaign metrics, leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion outcomesPartner cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, support client goals, and contribute to annual revenue targetsIdentify opportunities to improve and scale processes to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectivenessLead client-facing communication initiatives by pitching strategies, presenting campaign plans and assets, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientsYou'll be a good fit here if you are:Passionate about improving gut healthExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated problem solverSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentComfortable with fluid job responsibilitiesRequired Qualifications2-4 years of work experience with 1-2 years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clientsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related fieldsExperience working in a B2B2C capacityComfortable presenting in front of groups of all sizesSelf-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritizeCylinder is an equal opportunity employer.
