Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Intake Coordinator to support a growing healthcare and telehealth practice. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping guide them through the intake and onboarding process while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from prospective patients. - Conduct intake interviews in both Spanish and English. - Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars. - Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. - Collect and review patient documentation. - Send, track, and follow up on intake forms and onboarding paperwork. - Maintain accurate patient records within CRM and healthcare systems. - Provide appointment reminders and ongoing patient support. - Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: - Based in Latin America (strongly preferred). - Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). - Fluent Spanish communication skills (written and verbal). - Previous experience in patient intake, healthcare administration, customer service, or scheduling. - Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of patient interactions. - Comfortable working remotely and independently. Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare, telehealth, medical office, or behavioral health experience. - Insurance verification experience. - Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards. - Experience using EHR, CRM, or scheduling platforms.
