Beyond installation, ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination are key to keeping chargers running smoothly.Role Overview:We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. No prior EV charger experience is needed — full training will be provided. This role requires a tech-savvy, proactive individual who can learn quickly, communicate effectively, and help keep our EV infrastructure operational.Full-time, 40 Hours/WeekFully remote, work from homeSalary: ZAR 17,000-20,000/month, commensurate with skills and experienceAvailability to work during EST business hours.Responsibilities: Monitor EV charger statuses and identify any issues. Communicate with property owners and drivers to assist with troubleshooting. Coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site support. Document issues and resolutions in the system. Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support Specialist Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and manage active issues efficiently Customer service or technical support experience in IT or related field preferred Training Provided: EV charger systems and operations Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution Coordination procedures with maintenance and property teams
