Requirements and responsibilities

• Analyzing borrower’s financial position by interpreting and evaluating financial statements, tax returns, and/or projections. • Preparing spreadsheets and reports through company related software that compares industry trends and related standards. • Completing loan approval memorandums to include structuring the proposed loan request, cash flow measurement, collateral analysis, and review of both business and personal financial statements. • Preparing comprehensive credit memorandums and providing opinions and recommendations regarding proposed loans and potential risks. • Maintaining current accounts and relationships and researching any problem necessary to resolve any routine or non-routine requests for financial information. • Preparing financial projections (to include sensitivity analysis) when requested by upper management. • Reviews loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to credit memorandum covenants and conditions. • Interacting with customers and their accountants in the credit analysis process when appropriate. • Performing other duties as assigned.
