Responsibilities

• Reports into the VP of Clinical Services and Operations • Acts as single point of accountability for Clinical Operations at Ready • Supports our national clinical practice team of 50+ MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs and MAs, by: ◦ Overseeing clinician hiring/onboarding. ◦ Managing clinician schedules. ◦ Performing initial and on-going/as-needed clinician training. ◦ Developing and implementing clinical workflows. ◦ Developing and implementing clinical P&Ps. ◦ Managing lab result reporting processes for patients, partners and government entities. ◦ Communicating pertinent practice updates to clinicians on a timely basis. ◦ Leveraging data to assess performance and perform remediation (as needed) ◦ Managing external supplier/vendor relationships. ◦ Creating and reinforcing a culture of clinical excellence and compliance. ◦ Providing technical support across all clinical tools (including EHR)
