Responsibilities

• Define programmatic marketing plans to create a quality pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle, with creative and relevant campaigns targeting large enterprise accounts, different levels of persona, and verticals. • Understand the market trends in the region, drive tailored marketing programs, and expand our total addressable marketing with qualitative accounts and contacts for DACH. • Engage with our ecosystem of clients, partners, influencers, strategic vendors and develop a strong regional community of Delphix's ambassadors. • Run integrated regional marketing programs aligned to priorities and revenue targets, including but not limited to demand generation campaigns, executive programs, field events, and partner programs, • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field-marketing plan and collaborate with sales development and sales to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads • Create synergies with Global Marketing Team to leverage Global Programs and localize them for the DACH Region • Communicate all marketing plans, activities and report program results consistently to sales • Build trust and team with sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding, and participation in marketing programs
