Requirements and responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative real estate back office products. • Drive product development with a team of highly-talented engineers. • Produce well-written product documentation. • Interact directly with enterprise real estate brokerages, including providing answers and solutions: • How to implement CORE BackOffice in their environment. • Recommending and building customizations. • Finding workarounds to difficult challenges. • How to integrate accounting systems and processes. • Identifying bugs, feature requests, and solutions to problems. • Work with the IRE implementation team to train and roll out
