As a national nonprofit organization, SHP’s mission is to educate and empower youth and adults to prevent violence in schools, homes, and communities. Creators of the lifesaving, evidence-informed Know the Signs prevention programs, SHP teaches the warning signs of someone who may be in crisis, socially isolated, or at-risk of hurting themselves or others and how to get help. Team members are expected to make thoughtful travel decisions that balance cost, convenience, and sustainability, including the use of public transportation or alternative options when appropriate.About the RoleAs the Manager of Partner Success, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with educational partners to drive success and growth within the K-12 education sector on the East Coast. You will be responsible for ensuring that partners are supported, engaged, and equipped with the necessary resources to effectively implement and utilize SHP programs and provide ongoing support with how to strengthen existing implementations. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally within the SHP organization. SHP uses a structured internal rubric to guide salary placement and ensure equitable pay.
