Responsibilities

Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager or highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of four workstreams within the Enterprise People Priorities Program. The primary focus of this role is Workday optimization, implementing HR Service Delivery Model changes, and leveraging AI to make HR processes simple and intuitive for managers while freeing up capacity for higher-value impact. This is a 12-month remote contract based in Mexico, requiring the ability to operate with minimal supervision and drive change activation efforts in partnership with IT and business stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Own delivery for four teams/workstreams with minimal supervision. - Create and maintain workstream plans in collaboration with assigned teams. - Lead and facilitate team meetings, including agenda development and content alignment. - Proactively identify, track, and communicate risks and issues, escalating when necessary. - Design and facilitate workshops with business, IT, and cross-functional teams to align HR solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements. - Drive change activation efforts in partnership with ECO Change SMEs/Leads and business stakeholders, including strategy, planning, and execution.
