Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through inside sales channels. - Build, manage, and scale a high-performing inside sales team (SDRs/BDRs/Closers). - Drive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting K-12 schools, colleges, and corporate L&D teams. - Manage inbound leads from marketing and ensure fast qualification and follow-up. - Establish structured lead qualification frameworks (BANT/SPIN or equivalent). - Conduct virtual product demos and discovery calls with decision-makers. - Shorten sales cycles through consistent follow-ups and objection handling. - Track daily activity metrics: calls, emails, demos booked, conversion rates, and revenue per rep. - Maintain strict CRM hygiene and accurate sales forecasting. - Optimize sales scripts, email sequences, and pitch decks based on performance data. - Coach team members on negotiation, consultative selling, and closing techniques. - Coordinate with enterprise sales for warm handoffs of high-value accounts. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within smaller institutional accounts. - Analyze funnel leakage and continuously improve lead-to-close conversion ratios. - Ensure alignment with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement.
