Due to seasonal hiring cycles and reliance on bilingual field workers through H2B and potential TN visa programs, the company is expanding its international recruiting and sales capabilities. This role supports workforce stability and predictable lead flow by combining recruiting, sales outreach, and basic social media execution. It is a multifunctional position designed to evolve into a long-term strategic role within the company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, bilingual in Spanish and English, and comfortable balancing phone-based tasks, candidate sourcing, and maintaining an online presence. Key responsibilities Sales and CRM * Conduct cold calls for lead generation. * Handle client communication and follow-up. * Organize, update, and maintain the Salesforce CRM. * Track leads, calls, conversations, and follow-ups. Recruiting * Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for field and administrative roles. * Conduct outreach with Spanish- and English-speaking candidates. * Support the development of long-term labor pipelines. * Assist with candidate communication for H2B and TN visa programs, as needed. Social media and branding * Maintain a consistent online presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Create and post basic content, including simple captions and basic edits. * Convert long-form content into short-form clips. * Collaborate with Upwork freelancers for video creation as needed. * Keep the company’s digital presence active and professional.
