Job Description:
We are hiring confident, bilingual (Spanish/English) cold callers to contact Latino-owned home service businesses across the United States and close deals in Spanish. This is not a customer support or inbound calling role. It is a B2B sales position for professionals comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and closing deals with business owners.
Your Role:
You will call HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and similar trades in Latino-dense US markets such as California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and New York. You will conduct cold calls in Spanish, build rapport with business owners, qualify their needs, and close deals whenever possible during the same conversation.

Responsibilities:
Primary tasks:
* Cold call Latino-owned home service businesses in the US, primarily in Spanish.
* Follow proven sales scripts provided during training.
* Qualify prospects by identifying pain points such as missed calls, staffing issues, or slow seasons.
* Close deals and onboard new clients.
* Handle objections professionally in Spanish.
* Accurately log call outcomes in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects via calls and SMS.
Daily expectations:
* Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using the power dialer.
* Achieve 4–5 qualified appointments or sales conversations per week.
* Maintain a 50% or higher conversion rate on qualified leads.
* Ensure consistent daily activity and reporting.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Language skills:
* Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
* Professional English at a conversational level.
* Neutral Spanish accent preferred.
Technical requirements:
* Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps).
* Quiet workspace with no background noise.
* USB headset with microphone.
* Computer or laptop (Windows or Mac).
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of cold calling or B2B sales experience.
* Experience selling to business owners.
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Comfort with rejection and high call volume.
Schedule and Hours:
Work schedule:
* Monday to Friday.
* US Eastern Time business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST).
* Evening or night shifts in Latin America.
Hours available:
* Part-time: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day).
* Full-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
* All hires start part-time and may scale to full-time based on performance.
Compensation Structure:
Base pay:
* $7.00 USD per hour.
Performance bonuses:
* $10 for each qualified appointment booked.
* $20 when the appointment shows up.
* $75 for each closed deal.
Additional bonuses:
* $20 bonus for the first closed deal.
* $50 monthly bonus for perfect attendance.
Payments are made weekly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
Training and Trial Period:
* Weeks 1–2: Ramp-up phase with paid training and reduced call volume.
* Week 3 onward: Full performance expectations.
* Callers who do not meet targets after 30 days may be replaced.
Growth Opportunities:
Top performers may advance into Team Lead, Senior Closer, or Regional Manager roles, with increased base pay, commissions, and leadership responsibilities.
