Automations & Tagging Architecture
* Build advanced tagging logic for cohorts, tracks, and programs.
* Manage segmentation and timed access rules.
* Ensure flawless execution of all automations and workflows.
* Set up Zapier and platform integrations.
Full QA & Technical Testing
* Test all funnels, pages, automations, and purchase journeys.
* Identify and resolve issues before launch.
* Provide QA reports and optimize user flows.
* Maintain consistency, clarity, and full functionality.
UI/UX Execution
* Ensure premium layout, spacing, and typography aligned with Western standards.
* Maintain visual cohesiveness across all digital assets.
* Optimize mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
* Support designers and marketing with clean implementation.
Operations & Support
* Build orientation pages, resource hubs, and dashboards.
* Manage student access, cohorts, and track progression.
* Maintain naming systems, file structures, and internal logic.
* Ensure instructors have correct access and materials.
What You Bring
* Deep Kajabi mastery (portfolio required).
* Strong understanding of UI/UX psychology.
* Figma-to-Kajabi implementation skills.
* HTML/CSS experience for custom Kajabi modifications.
* Advanced tagging, automation, and funnel-building skills.
* Experience with Zapier and integrations.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a QA-focused mindset.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Ability to work quickly, independently, and in an organized manner.
