You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of first-class account management and proactive selling of our full-stack, end-to-end technology solutions. Nexxen’s platform, consisting of an integrated DSP, DMP and SSP, delivers global reach with across 1 BILLION unique profiles, accessible across all channels and devices, supported by advanced measurement capabilities.In this role, you will drive sales performance, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and build long-term, trusted relationships with agency and brand direct partners by delivering superior sales execution and client service expertise.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing are:Own and execute the Southeast territory strategy, driving new business and establishing Nexxen’s presence across the regionEstablish and grow senior relationships with agency and brand stakeholders to support long term regional growthUnderstand client business challenges and identify opportunities to position Nexxen solutions that drive revenue growthPartner cross-functionally with Trading and Account Management teams to deliver client outcomes and drive successful campaign executionOwn pipeline management, forecasting, revenue planning, and reportingLead and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersThis role is currently remote within the Southeast region. Subject to change if Nexxen establishes a local office presence in the future.What will I bring?8+ years of experience in AdTech sales, ideally at a DSP, selling to brands and media agenciesProven track record of exceeding revenue targets within AdTech sales environmentsEstablished network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and media agencies across the Southeast regionA proven approach to solution selling: Positioning and packaging bespoke offerings across Nexxen’s solution set (THIS IS NOT A TRANSACTIONAL MEDIA SALES ROLE)Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other online advertising technology) and key MarTech ecosystem functions (CDPs and CRM functionality)Willingness to travel within the Southeast region for client meetings and industry events as neededAbility to operate effectively in a highly autonomous, territory-driven roleStrong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with Senior/C-level clientsStrong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellenceBenefitsWe offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.Pay transparencyIn support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 at the time of posting. While this is a reasonable expectation, it is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
