At LearnTastic, great design isn’t just about usability - it’s about transforming how people learn and grow.Customer Service Representative (CSR) - RemoteA Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of incoming phone callsGenerate sales leadsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsDemonstrate empathy and patience towards customer concerns and needsCollect and utilize customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experienceRequirements and skills:Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.Track record of over-achieving quota.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Familiarity with software systems and practices.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Spanish (Preferred)Attention to detail is essential.Qualifications:Graduate/Higher Education or specialized training in areas such as communication, business, or Customer Service2 to 4 years of experience in customer serviceSales experience is a plusJob TypeFull-timeJob LocationRemoteBenefitsWork from homeScheduleMonday to FridayNight shift
