Requirements and responsibilities


• Manage the client experience and ensure they know how to use the service most effectively. • Act as liaison for client<>virtual assistant relationship for high-risk situations, and to help resolve them where needed. • Realign client expectations around scope of service and deliverables. • Report client issues and escalations to the Director for team management and resolution. • Determine when discounts or reimbursements are appropriate when mistakes are made. • Manage any transfer of clients from one team to another. • Assist in the process of cancelling, upgrading, and other changes in client's account. • Proactively monitor client accounts and identify issues, revenue opportunities, and utilization. • Track and report data to understand client needs and create solutions for retention efforts. • Cultivate and sustain relationships. • Help facilitate vacation, sick and extra task coverage between VAs. • Provide support and assistance to VAs with questions of scope, client issues, and other needs. • Escalate VA coaching needs, behavior requiring discipline, and HR issues to the Director. • Other duties as assigned.
