Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on Purple Carrot procurement strategy. • Continue to improve on and develop key performance indicators, including supply, cost, and quality. • Balance operational requirements and evolving business goals to build out and define a company wide sourcing strategy and standards that deliver consistency and quality. • Work alongside the culinary & marketing teams to lower costs, secure strategic partnerships, and continuously support product improvements. • Work cross-functionally with the quality, ops projects, fulfillment, finance, and data teams to optimize existing products/processes and build out new initiatives with measurable ROI. • Research and stay ahead of market and global trends that impact supply, quality, and costs. • Adapt supply chain for increasing complexity due to Covid-19, new product launches, and company growth. • Manage and grow a team of procurement professionals.
