•Scrum Master in VUP Goals: • Obtain project objectives from client and/or product owner. • Define technical user journeys. • Break down technical user journeys into new displays, fields, and functionality. • Convert the newly requested displays, fields, and functionality into Moqups. • Convert the displays, fields, and functionality, into actionable tasks. • Start with defining 4 hour tasks, then work towards creating a solid list of tasks for use in a Sprint. • Facilitate a daily or every 2 days stand up meeting. • If a developer is spending more than 4 hours on a single task, we need the Scrum master to identify why it wasn’t handled, and craft new tasks that will get us to the goal.
