The role involves providing effective EHS leadership, support, compliance audits, and essential training for teams and departments on-site. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing themes in line with the EHS3 organizational policy in Belgium, coordinating the introduction and training process related to Seveso III regulations, and supporting the application of process safety with technical expertise. Additionally, the role involves implementing and monitoring EHS processes and documentation for distribution and logistics departments, conducting EHS3 audits, and coordinating incident and observational safety investigations using root cause analysis techniques. The EHSSS Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining records and documented information related to the EHS3 function.
