We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team. This is a freelance/contract position with a salary range of $40 - $48 per hour. The position is 100% remote and requires 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration and financial services operations environment. The role involves complex data processing tasks, communication with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with retirement plan provisions. Responsibilities: - Collect, scrub, and upload participant level account data with efficiency and accuracy - Communicate with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders via the Parts+ recordkeeping system - Read and comprehend retirement plan provisions from plan documents and amendments - Calculate complex employer contributions such as Annual Match, Lookback Match, and Profit-Sharing contributions - Analyze and reconcile all reporting related to non-discrimination testing and submit to the Compliance & Government Reporting team - Work with Compliance & Government Reporting team for any issues that may come up during their testing run - Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
