As a DC Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing all employees on training DC functions and materials, from exempt to Management to Director level. You will design and develop training materials, classroom training, SOPs, Best Methods, and checklists/audit sheets, and oversee the progress of new temps or Deckers employees. Additionally, you will lead the training team and delegate training efforts, responsibilities, and prioritize tasks to support the DC operation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a training setting, solid comprehension of methodologies, training processes, and standards, and the ability to deliver material in a classroom setting. Fluency in English and conversational Spanish is required. Responsibilities: - Design and develop training materials, study materials, classroom training, SOPs, Best Methods, and checklists/audit sheets - Oversee progress of new temps or Deckers employees - Lead the training team and delegate training efforts, responsibilities, and prioritize tasks - Deliver material in a classroom setting - Capture new processes and translate into technical documents
