Responsibilities: 🟠 Optimize the quality of new content that Newstex provides to digital libraries. 🟠 Influence the strategy used by Newstex's engineering team to identify likely prospects for the content acquisition team automatically. 🟠 Persuade digital libraries to syndicate Newstex's content. 🟠 Review hundreds of digital publications for content quality each week. 🟠 Determine how well the publications meet the needs of Newstex's clients. 🟠 Decide whether the content acquisition team should pursue leads or not. Requirements: ✅ Educational background in Library Science, Journalism, Literature, or a similar field. ✅ Work experience at a publisher, library, or information provider that serves academic, legal, or financial markets, such as LexisNexis, Thomson Westlaw, or Refinitiv (for written content). ✅ Experience with content licensing or digital publishing partnerships (for written content). ✅ A willingness to review hundreds of publications per week. ✅ Self-sufficiency: you'll be working remotely.
