🟢 Responsibilities:
• Manage an infrastructure of Windows Hyper-V based hypervisors and Windows Server VMs.
• Troubleshoot SMTP, TLS, and email / relay servers issues.
• Troubleshoot and support Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus.
• Troubleshoot symptoms associated with changes and upgrades.
• Work with F5 load balancers to ensure mail flow is evenly weighted between the servers.
