Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Back-End Engineer to join our growing platform engineering team at Safe. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing features which are horizontal for all of Safe Multi-tenant architecture, including Scaling, Cost Optimization, Resiliency as objectives and ownership of verticals like Authentication, Authorization (Access Control), Developer Experience, Infrastructure as Code and many more. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from collaborating with stakeholders on initial concepts to deploying and monitoring production code.Location: BengaluruCore Responsibilities:Drive software development end to end.Work with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.Build high-quality design documentation outlining alternative solutions.Work with peers to improve their designs, collaborate in a timely manner, improve support, engineering excellence items, participate in on-call sessionsBuild solutions, write test cases, monitor solutions, and recommend solution improvements.Experience/ Qualifications/ Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.2-4 years of backend software engineering experience. Experience with AWS (Or Other Cloud Providers) will be very helpful as well.Experience with end-to-end delivery of production-grade web services at scale, starting from planning, developing, testing and deploying, which solves critical business functionality.Fluent Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, and Python. Experience in storage systems like MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB and Redis.
