Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.The Product Lifecycle Manager will serve as the business lead for products in our oncology portfolio and is responsible for shaping, executing, and supporting product strategy and product launches. This role requires a keen understanding of product development, market trends, and the regulatory and reimbursement landscape. This highly cross-functional role includes working with teams across the organization, such as AI, engineering, clinical development, regulatory, reimbursement, sales and medical affairs. This position will make a significant impact on the culture, communication, and dynamics of a growing commercial organization.Essential Responsibilities:Help define a multi-national genitourinary product roadmap:Define, develop and drive product commercial strategyEngage with sales, medical affairs, and clinical development to identify clear product strategyCollect and analyze market insights and product feedbackDevelop and release products to the Artera oncology portfolio:Write product requirements and other requirements documentationCollaborate with regulatory and quality to ensure a clear regulatory strategy for new productsLead and execute launch of product and future testsImplement changes for on-market products within regulatory frameworksCreate sales training materials and lead sales training efforts for product launchesCommercialize Artera products:Engage with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and medical affairs to define Go-To-Market strategyDevelop and confirm product positioning, value proposition, and messagingSupport product lifecycle planning and the forecasting processBuild effective cross-functional partnerships with departments including Clinical Development, AI, Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and EngineeringProvide regular updates/business reviews to the Leadership TeamEducation and Experience Requirements:BA/BS degree required; MBA degree or advanced technical degree strongly preferred3 – 5+ years of product lifecycle management (product development and/or product management) or marketing experience in the biotech/healthcare industry requiredStrong preference for experience in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI/ML, and clinician facing rolesStrong preference for prior experience/research history in oncologyExperience with creating documentation for regulated products (e.g. ISO 13485)Previous launch experience strongly preferredEffective leadership, management, and teamwork skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; proactive cross-functional communicatorAbility to work independently with minimal oversight and directionAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing start-up environmentStrong desire and vision to build a new organization with a clear visionExpected Travel: Up to 10% domestic and internationalSalary Range:$110,000 - $130,000 a yearIn addition to base salary, equity is a core component of our compensation.
