Responsibilities

Job Description: Minimum Requirements: * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in data modeling with demonstrated expertise developing conceptual and logical models. * Strong experience with data modeling tools, such as ERWin or MagicDraw. * Proficiency in SQL and cloud-hosted data management platforms, such as RDS or Snowflake. * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices. * Experience developing and leading teams. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business terminology and technical jargon. Preferred Requirements: * 10+ years of experience in data modeling with demonstrated expertise developing conceptual and logical models. * Experience in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with health IT systems for managing patient, provider, and clinical data. * AWS cloud certified data engineer, or similar credential. * Familiarity with data interoperability tools, such as Mulesoft, and data catalogs, such as Collibra or Informatica. * Familiarity with adaptive data modeling approaches, such as FHIR or NIEM.
