Requirements and responsibilities

The Role: We’re looking for a proactive Technical Virtual Assistant who loves technology, stays highly organized, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our GoHighLevel CRM, syncing calendars and meetings, and ensuring client pipelines are always up-to-date. You’ll also manage automation and outreach tools like Instantly.ai, Dripify, and Zapier to keep our operations efficient and scalable. Key Responsibilities: * Keep GoHighLevel (GHL) clean and organized (pipelines, automations, lead data). * Cross-reference calendars and completed meetings to update GHL. * Manage Instantly.ai email campaigns and Dripify LinkedIn outreach. * Build and monitor Zapier automations to eliminate repetitive tasks. * Support onboarding and client system setup. * Document processes and suggest improvements. What Makes You a Fit: * Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM. * Hands-on with Instantly.ai, Dripify, and Zapier (or similar tools). * Excellent English communication (written and spoken). * Highly detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver. * Comfortable working independently and managing priorities. Nice to Have: * Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). * Background in digital marketing or lead generation. * Familiarity with project management tools (Slack, ClickUp, Trello). Compensation & Benefits: * \$5-9 USD/hour depending on experience. * Growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling AI firm. * Ongoing training in new tools and automations. * Flexible schedule, remote-first culture.
