We’re looking for a QA Analyst to join a high-impact 10-month project, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will design, plan, document, and execute functional tests for new digital products and services, ensuring their quality and compliance with requirements. This role involves close collaboration with development and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and implement Agile Testing strategies for product development cycles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done” for user stories.
• Analyze documentation to create and maintain test cases.
• Measure and report test coverage and product quality.
• Ensure appropriate usage of company-defined testing tools.
• Monitor and report results from automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and process improvements.
• Certify products and services for production deployment.
• Support in the development of service and technical manuals.
• Execute and report on weekly test assignments.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 2 years as a QA Analyst.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Experience with test data management, test cycles, and defect reporting.
• Familiarity with test automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, Cypress, Katalon, BDD, Maven, SoapUI (desirable).
• Experience designing/executing non-functional and automated test cases.
• Proficiency with SQL, Jira, and Postman.
• Agile/Scrum experience is essential.
• Test management tools such as Xray, Zephyr, Testrail.
• Certifications (desirable): ISTQB.
