About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll be at the center of our daily operations — managing live shipments, coordinating with drivers and clients, and supporting our U.S.-based operations team. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical role that helps keep essential deliveries running smoothly. You'll work closely with teammates across time zones to resolve real-time issues and ensure every shipment is on track. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and monitor daily deliveries and driver assignments. • Communicate with drivers and clients to resolve real-time delivery issues. • Manage order updates, changes, and status tracking. • Handle escalations and communicate urgent updates to the team. • Document and report delays, incidents, or service issues accurately. • Prepare quotes for new delivery requests and finalize invoices after delivery completion. • Support weekend, overnight, or holiday shifts as needed. Requirements: • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or similar roles. • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
