Responsibilities

The Role: We are seeking a proactive, highly skilled Technical Recruiter who understands the complexity of technical positions and can assess candidates beyond the resume. Your engineering or technical knowledge will enable you to identify the right talent faster and ensure they are aligned with our technical and cultural needs. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and qualify candidates for highly technical and IT-focused roles. - Build and maintain a "talent bench" ready to deploy on short notice (24–48 hours). - Understand technical job descriptions and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. - Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities. - Conduct interviews and technical assessments, ensuring cultural fit and technical excellence. - Maintain and update candidate pipelines proactively. Requirements: - Background in engineering, IT, or related technical field (formal education or proven experience). - SAP Fieldglass experience preferred. - Proven experience as a technical recruiter or technical sourcer. - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software engineering, cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. - Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
