Requirements and responsibilities


Main purpose of job: To deliver Orderly software implementation projects and roll out our order management and inventory management software to customers within the LATAM regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of all elements to specified levels of time, budget, and quality. This role will report directly to the lead project manager for Orderly, receiving direction of the project delivery strategy. We are looking for someone with 3 years of professional experience as project manager, someone who feels comfortable taking decisions and used to work with agile methodologies in the projects. Key tasks: - To manage the successful delivery of projects on time, of the right quality, and with spending and resources within agreed budgets. - Communication with all stakeholders, including in-region customer stakeholders and internal Orderly stakeholders. - Project management and delivery. - Project planning. - Maintenance of comprehensive project plans and documentation. - Creation of weekly and monthly reporting documentation. - Monitoring, measuring, reviewing, and updating project processes to all stakeholders internally and externally. - Facilitate and drive meetings with customer stakeholders. - Deliver project updates and raise customer change requests to internal stakeholders. - Adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans, and informing all relevant parties. - Conduct an evaluation of the project and any follow-on action recommendations as required. - To produce project documentation and create knowledge libraries, Lesson Log’s with the end goal of using this documentation to train and support the end users. - To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested. Key results / objectives: - To deliver projects on time and of the right quality within agreed budgets. - Results must be reported against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones. - To ensure key updates are communicated in real-time to the lead project manager. Basic qualifications / tools: - BA/BSc degree. - PRINCE2 Foundation certified. - Agile project management. - Product owner – desirable. - SCRUM master – desirable. - DevOps – is desirable. - Asana or similar project management tools. - Microsoft Office suite. - Google suite. Preferred Experience: - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous events/tasks/projects across various stakeholders. - Demonstrated effective communication skills to build support and sponsorship of initiatives and collaboration among stakeholders. - Strong time-management skills, critical thinking skills, and leadership skills with the ability to be a team player and collaborate cross-functionally. - Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development methodologies. - The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish.
