* Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
*Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
*Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with executive priorities.
*Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
