They are dedicated to improving speed to quality mental health care for all. innovaTel is looking for a Bilingual (SPANISH) Psychiatrist licensed in all states who is passionate about our mission of delivering speed to quality mental health care for all. This is a fully remote telehealth position working with patients in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. They provide a tremendous amount of support to their clinical team and want their clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care. The responsibilities include providing effective management of psychiatric care, developing a strong rapport with patients, upholding clinical customer service, formulating treatment plans, and more. The minimum qualifications include an active Doctorate (MD / DO), board certification, active medical state license in good standing, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Spanish. Preferred qualifications include experience in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, as well as previous telemedicine experience and proficiency in using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. Responsibilities: - Provide effective management of psychiatric care including initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management reviews in accordance with established clinical guidelines - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality - Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care - Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the on-site clinical team - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by compliance standards - Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours
