About the Role We are seeking a 10x QA Engineer who combines deep quality discipline with intelligent automation. You’ll use AI, automation, and analytical precision to test, validate, and continuously improve complex systems with minimal manual effort. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automated QA workflows that combine code-level validation with AI-assisted testing. • Build and maintain testing frameworks targeting TypeScript, React, and Node.js codebases. • Use AI and automation to detect logic errors, regression risks, and integration issues early. • Conduct manual and exploratory testing for complex logic and user experience quality. • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure end-to-end reliability and performance. ⸻ Must-Have Skills • Strong QA fundamentals across unit, integration, and functional testing. • Ability to read, understand, and test code written in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. • Experience creating automated test scripts and frameworks. • Proficiency using AI and other tools to enhance coverage, accuracy, and speed. • Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to quality. ⸻ Good-to-Have Skills • Experience with API, load, or performance testing. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment validation. • Familiarity with AI-driven test generation or intelligent bug detection. • Ability to create dashboards and quality metrics for automated reporting. ⸻ On-site Role - Indore
