CMiC is looking for a Payroll Support Product Analyst to provide support for their client's Global Payroll Product. The role involves researching payroll issues, responding to client requests, managing payroll data, creating functional requirements, and providing phone support. Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing email and telephone support for inbound/outbound client requests.
- Gather requirements and analysis for various projects as directed.
- Participate in new client implementations, including analysis and payroll setup of payroll products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure defects are correctly identified, fixed, and incorporated into solutions.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customers.
- Review customer questions and reported problems.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Conduct web meetings with customers to gather information and provide assistance.
- Meet with Product Team members to discuss customer inquiries.
- Test system scenarios and duplicate issues to resolve customer inquiries.

- Accurately interpret and effectively comply with company standards, procedures, and policies.
