This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in the Casino industry with the potential for progression to roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector, and Gaming Supervisor. As a trainee dealer, you will attend our Grosvenor Gaming Academy for six weeks, receive a £1000 joining incentive, and have the chance to thrive in a licensed, responsible position with many great benefits, including tips. The position is full time (40 hours per week) and offers a pay rate of £11.35 per hour plus tips and additional allowances. Responsibilities: - Attend the Grosvenor Gaming Academy for six weeks to develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive as a trainee dealer - Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable experience for all casino customers - Work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays - Adhere to responsible gambling practices and contribute to an inclusive and diverse team environment
