Senior IT Analyst (LatAm) at Clutch

Clutch develops software to turn Credit Unions into FinTech lenders and leverage their balance sheets to responsibly lend to over 130M Americans. We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to establish and operate Clutch's IT function. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, people operations, and security to ensure the effective use of technology for running the business. Responsibilities include ensuring the hardware and software used by the company are easy to use, secure, and scalable, providing support for team members and contractors, automating IT policies and processes, and designing and documenting policies for an all-remote workforce. The ideal candidate should have software automation experience, Apple MacOS user and management experience, Google Workspace installations management experience, IT helpdesk administration experience, MDM implementation and administration experience, and strong knowledge of computer systems, security, and networking. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are also required.
