About the Role.
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Agentic AI Platform, the core infrastructure enabling intelligent, autonomous AI systems across our enterprise. You'll own the platform roadmap, partner with engineers and data teams, and help define how we scale AI agents securely and efficiently.
This role suits a product leader with a strong background in AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, and agentic frameworks who can bridge technical depth with business impact.
Key Responsibilities.
* Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap for our agentic AI platform.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of AWS Bedrock, LangChain/LangGraph, and other agentic frameworks.
* Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Drive adoption of multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, and autonomous decision-making systems.
* Oversee the integration between AI systems and data platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
* Partner with engineering and AIOps teams to establish data quality, governance, and monitoring practices.
* Manage developer-facing tools and APIs that enable the creation and deployment of AI agents at scale.
* Engage with enterprise users and customers to gather feedback and shape platform improvements.
* Ensure compliance, reliability, and responsible AI governance across all platform components.
* Collaborate across product and engineering teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Qualifications.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or related technologies.
* Proven track record building and scaling technical or platform products in enterprise environments.
* Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
* Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI patterns, and data pipeline design.
* Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical ideas into clear business outcomes.
* Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional initiatives.
* Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and enterprise compliance standards is a plus.
