Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support both internal teams and external clients across a range of marketing and sales operations initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who already have hands on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and are eager to expand their expertise in CRM strategy, lead management, automation, and reporting.This is a remote, full-time contract opportunity and is open to candidates across Mexico.CORE FUNCTIONSManage inbound lead distribution and qualification processes within HubSpotPerform contact research and prospect vetting for outbound sales campaignsMaintain CRM accuracy by reviewing and enriching company/contact dataCollaborate with sales, marketing, and client services to streamline processes and improve data workflowsSupport the setup and optimization of campaigns, scoring models, automations, and reportsAssist in implementing or improving sales and marketing operations for clientsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 2 years of professional experience in a marketing, sales ops, or CRM support roleProficiency in HubSpot and/or SalesforceExperience working with lead routing, CRM workflows, contact/company enrichment, or campaign operationsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks independentlyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or ClearbitFamiliarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, or sales enablement processesExperience collaborating with remote teams or working directly with clientsADDITIONAL NOTESThis is a fully remote role.
