Lead and manage projects to achieve the expected results in a timely manner, exercising control over results, deadlines, and quality.
✅ Requirements:
● Professional experience of 3 years.
● Education: Systems engineer, computer science, organization, and methods or related.
● Knowledge of systems development methodologies (agile, non-agile).
● Knowledge of Scrum/UML/TDD/IC/ Wireframe.
● Structured Systems Design.
● Basic knowledge about the unified processes of software development.
● Knowledge of development environments.
✅ Responsibilities:
● Estimate the time and resources necessary for the development of a project.
● Redimension efforts and reschedule deliverables according to changes in the project.
● Plan according to the SCRUM methodology and by magnitude.
● Continuous monitoring: dailies and reports to keep updates on the project's progress.
● Lead and manage the projects under his responsibility.
● Establish a project plan, monitoring its progress and tracking deviations.
● Manage the work groups under their responsibility, motivating their members, taking care of their adequate training or coaching, and
resolving eventual conflicts.
● Collaborate with the functional analyst to interpret and understand the needs.
● Prepare project progress reports, making corrective decisions or proposing alternative solutions.
● Ensure the implementation of products or services according to the agreed scope to achieve compliance with the definitions.
● Ensure compliance with the processes defined in the quality flow.
