🎯 Requirements:
⚡ Being a graduate in industrial engineering, mechanics, international business, or related careers.
⚡ Have experience in engineering, design, and project development.
⚡ Have a minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions.
⚡ Have time flexibility.
⚡ Have availability to travel.
⚡ It is expected that you can easily understand, speak and write all forms of Spanish.
⚡ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English.
🎯 Responsibilities:
⚡ Provide support to the commercial area and the client according to the types of products, services, and integral solutions, through the sales process.
⚡ Follow up CRM in terms of engineering requirements to monitor those opportunities that require some particular intervention.
⚡ Follow up and comply with the delivery of client and internal requests by all disciplines and specialties in the area.
⚡ Assist and facilitate the collection, complying with the contractual commitments agreed with the client regarding engineering.
Together with the operations area, schedule the sequence of activities to be carried out by every one of the elements that make up the engineering area:
⚡ Schedule the workload of project engineering.
⚡ Schedule the workload of project integration engineering.
⚡ Schedule the product engineering workload.
⚡ Schedule the workload of facilities engineering
⚡ Follow-up on compliance with the schedule of activities of every one of the members of the engineering area.
With the operations area, consolidate the general engineering execution program to comply with the delivery dates committed to the clients:
⚡ Keep in control the productivity and efficiency indicators in the engineering area.
