Responsibilities
❗ We're looking for women SDRs to balance out our team.
⚠️ Important details:
- The base salary for the role is USD 650.
- You are expected to do a minimum of USD 300 in commission.
📱 What we expect from you:
- You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools such as Google apps, HubSpot, Trello, and Slack.
- You have 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calls (closing experience is a plus).
- You enjoy working with multiple teammates.
- You're excellent at motivating potential partners to see the benefits the app will bring to their business.
- You display emotional intelligence, whether leading client-facing conversations or partaking in internal meetings.
- You have creative sales tactics to engage with prospects.
- You have experience exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- You are proactive in your approach to solving problems by bringing solutions.
- You pride yourself on your exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
