About the Role: We are hiring a proactive, organized, and creative Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support our client, a Miami-based marketing consultancy. This is a part-time, fractional position ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You will help manage day-to-day operations, organize projects, assist with billing, and coordinate between clients, designers, and vendors. You will join through Delegated AI, which provides AI-trained remote staff to growing businesses. Responsibilities: * Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule. * Coordinate tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple marketing projects. * Handle basic billing, invoicing, and financial tracking. * Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and vendors. * Assist with graphic design coordination or creative project reviews (experience in Canva or Adobe preferred). * Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notion AI) to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Requirements: * Based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico preferred). * Excellent English and Spanish communication skills. * Strong organization and project management skills. * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Experience in marketing, PR, or creative agencies is a plus. * Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and project management software (ClickUp, Asana, etc.). * Comfortable working part-time initially, with potential to grow hours over time.
