We are seeking a Team Lead - Quality Engineering to join our Quality and Process Engineering Division. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising quality and process engineering staff, coordinating and enforcing all quality-related responsibilities of the SDLC, and ensuring the highest service standards from staff members in all customer encounters. You will also play a key role in planning future projects for the department, overseeing and resolving customer problems, and promoting existing processes and best practices. If you have a strong background in quality engineering, project management, and team leadership, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: - Supervise quality and process engineering staff - Coordinate and enforce all quality-related responsibilities of the SDLC - Prioritize projects and ensure efficient and accurate completion within budget - Schedule projects and assign tasks as needed - Maintain the highest service standards in all customer encounters - Assist in planning future projects for the department - Review work completed by the team to ensure high quality - Oversee and resolve customer problems - Promote existing processes and best practices - Deliver performance evaluations to direct reports - Coordinate and supervise training for assigned personnel - Set meaningful objectives for team members - Deal with personnel issues according to company policy - Other duties as assigned
