Responsibilities

• General Marketing • Support the marketing team in implementing tactical events and programs, and provide project and administrative support. • Help in ideation and creation of marketing design collateral • Work with cross-functional team to manage key, identified projects • Aid the Marketing team with blog, web, and social copy. • Working with the Marketing team, develop reporting to measure efforts so that decisions and course corrections can be made using data. • Email Marketing - Newsletters, Promotions, Targeted Campaigns, User Onboarding • Create and manage monthly email newsletters • Create and launch new targeted and broad campaigns to grow upsell/cross-sell revenue • Maintain list growth and hygiene balanced against upsells and promotions. • Performance Tracking & Reporting • Coordinate web content updates, corporate mailings and direct mail. Assist with tracking website stats.* • Update and maintain key identified marketing reports including Marketing and site/product performance dashboards.
