• Organize and deliver training events for Geotab Resellers. • Document, Track and assess the quality of activities related to Reseller training and learning. • Develop and enrich the product training curriculum for Resellers and Geotab employees. • Offer presentation of training modules in various formats (e.g.video recording, webinars, in-person and manage e-learning modules). • Ensure communication channels for internal and external business partners is fluid to coordinate training. • Conduct Training Needs Assessments. • Provide assistance with special training events and ad-hoc company projects. • Ensure all learning materials and services are up-to-date, and accessible for customers and resellers. • Ensure training and learning content is properly localized and translated.
