We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Managing Director – Global Chemical Exports to lead and expand our chemical sourcing, trading, and international export operations across South Korea. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Korean chemical manufacturing and supply industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead commercial growth and export operations across South Korea.
🌍 Develop international business strategies and expand exports into North America, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other global markets.
🤝 Build strategic partnerships with Korean chemical manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, and international buyers.
📈 Drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key customer relationships.
👥 Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial sales team.
📝 Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, payment terms, exclusivity arrangements, and long-term contracts.
🚢 Oversee export logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs, and international supply chain operations.
💹 Manage budgets, sales forecasts, gross profit margins, trade finance, and commercial risks.
🔹 10+ years of experience in chemical distribution, international trading, chemical manufacturing, or specialty chemicals.
🔹 Professional fluency in Korean and English.
🔹 Existing legal authorization to work in South Korea.
🔹 Significant experience in international chemical exports and cross-border trade.
🔹 An established network within the South Korean chemical manufacturing and supply market.
🔹 Proven success in international sales, business development, revenue generation, and profitable trading.
